Many of the members are from the LEO program who want to have relationship with state and local policy makers. This group frequently goes to the State House to put their skills into actions.

  • Listening, Education, Organizing

    Listening, Education, Organizing (LEO)

The LEO program is held bimonthly to engage community members in a three day workshop about community focus groups, systemic and oppressive institutions, power dynamics, elections, and more. We hold and facilitate trainings on ways to participate in civic engagement, community organizing and policy making. After graduating from the program, participants become advocate at the state and local level for more equitable policy making.
