Community Organizing Alliance (COA) and Community Action Alliance (CAA) seek an Operations Manager who is deeply aligned with our values of racial and social equity and committed to advancing systemic change at both community and government levels.
The Operations Manager will play a key role in building the future of COA and CAA by supporting the internal systems and infrastructure that make our organizing and advocacy work possible. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to support internal systems, administrative processes, and day-to-day operations across both organizations.

Relational Organizer
Community Organizing Alliance (COA) and Community Action Alliance (CAA) seek a Relational Organizer who is deeply committed to racial and social justice and passionate about building long-term community power through intentional grassroots organizing.
This role focuses on sustained base-building and leadership development rather than short-term mobilization. The Relational Organizer will build and strengthen relationships through one-on-one engagement, develop volunteer leaders and support grassroots civic engagement and electoral organizing efforts.
The ideal candidate is relational, strategic, and highly organized with the ability to engage community members, coordinate volunteers, and support organizing goals through strong follow-up, data tracking, and teamwork. Program Manager
COA/CAA is seeking a Programs Manager with a strong commitment to racial and social equity and advancing community-centered leadership and civic engagement. The Programs Manager will oversee COA’s existing programs and support the development and implementation of new initiatives.
This role will lead the coordination and facilitation of program activities, including workshops, trainings, and participant engagement. The Programs Manager will work closely with community partners, educational institutions, and program participants to ensure the success and growth of COA’s programs.
The Programs Manager will also collaborate with staff to strengthen program curriculum, maintain relationships with community partners, and support program reporting and updates for funders and donors. This role plays a key part in ensuring COA’s programs remain impactful, responsive to community needs, and aligned with the organization’s mission.
